XI th International Academic Conference “e-methodology”at 14 May 2026 – Wrocław (ul. Bartla 5, hybrid)
The main theme will be: the use of new technologies in the areas of prevention, treatment, therapy, and health education.

Methodological, but also other aspects of imporance of the society of Internet users are welcome for presentation or discussion.

“About the Internet” – Theory (Theoretical papers on the difficulties and the opportunities created by using the Internet in scientific research)
“On the Internet” – Research (The results of research conducted by means of the Internet)
“With the Internet”
Projects (Project reports and research/educational projects presenting the opportunities provided by using the Internet) Practice (Communication with the patient/client via the Internet; problems of self-diagnosis on the Internet; use of new technologies in the medicine, in the promotion of health)
We are looking for practical tips for Internet research challenges after pandemic as evidence based recommendations, as well as ideas etc.
This year we may have special tracks:We propose three sections:
1) Methodology of online research in medical and social sciences:
Designing research using the internet as a research tool or environment;
Ethics of online research (including consent, anonymity, data security);
The internet in epidemiological and public health research;
The use of AI in qualitative and quantitative data analysis;
2) The digital dimension of health – e-health, AI, and media in healthcare:
Telemedicine and health apps – research and evaluation;
Artificial intelligence in medical education and clinical practice;
Social listening in public health;
The use of social media in health promotion;
Digital health interventions and their effectiveness.
3) Social, cultural, and economic dimensions of health in the digital environment:
Health education and its digital dimensions;
Health marketing and online communication;
Consumer and health behaviors online;
Health management and policies in the digital age;
Cultural and social contexts of health on the internet.
One session will be dedicated to cyber and e aspects of Health Education. The Lower house of Parliament of the Republic of Poland has designated 2026 as the Year of Health Prevention. The Wrocław Medical University is actively contributing to these celebrations by launching a year-long campaign titled “Better to Know for Health” . The main objective of this initiative is to counter medical misinformation and promote education grounded in reliable scientific evidence.
